I’m back…hopefully for good!

Well, I guess I’ve got some ‘splaining to do!  It has been a miserable two days.  I was only trying to switch servers so that my blog would not go down as it has been with my previous server.  That is all I was trying to do. To save you, my dear readers, and myself, the frustration of my blog not being accessible. Sounds simple enough right?  Well noooooooooooo!  Not on my blog!  Nothing is simple on my blog – trust me.

After yelling, screaming, crying and major hysterics (and a threat to close my blog *cough*), it is finally up and running.  Everything was feeling hopeless, and that is why I really didn’t know what else to do but shut it down for awhile. Of course that would break my heart completely.

I thank you all so very much for your patience.  Not only over the past two days, but for the past month or so.  There was so much frustration just trying to keep my blog up and working right.  Hopefully we are there now.  I contemplated switching themes, but I think I will wait awhile on that {wink}.

I have to give credit to two amazing ladies.  If any of you are looking to switch from Blogger to WordPress, or even to just get a new design, I highly recommend Jessica Benton from iDesign (Riding with Jessica) and Angela Vinez from Angela Vinez Designs ( Five Vinez Monkeys). They worked tirelessly on my blog.  Time and time again.  They are some of the most patient people on the planet and are truly the sweetest gals ever.  They consoled me, helped me, made me laugh, and reassured me.  What did I do for them?  Well, I think I might have made one or both of them cry.  Yes, my blog brings people to tears.  True story.

So let’s move forward!  Please go ahead and enter the current giveaways.

Melissa and I will be taking a couple of days to regroup {we both need this desperately} and then watch out – the giveaways will be coming fast and furious.   We have some wonderful things lined up for you.  Promise!   I am hoping to get a few other “personal” posts done in the meantime as well.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.   Thank you for  your kind messages on Facebook, Twitter, and Skype – they meant the world to me.

Thank you for being you, and for caring about me.

  4. So glad it worked out for you – you must have a little more patience than I, because I wouldn’t have a computer – I’d have thrown it out the window. lol I have no patience when things like that go wrong.
