I am always looking for healthy alternatives to regular bread, and I have just discovered a product that my whole family is enjoying very much. Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats are neat little rolls with only 100 calories each! We have gotten creative in using these – we have made cold sandwiches with them, and also we have used them for grilled sandwiches. They are yummy both ways! I would imagine they would make wonderful bases for appetizers too – by toasting them and putting a topping on.
I also received with my Pepperidge Deli Flats, a few recipe cards which contain some fabulous recipes (from the author/chef Bettheny Frankle from Real Housewives of NY!) – all 200 calories or less.

There are so many options for Pepperidge Deli Flats. We are quite in love with them and I think you will be too. Of course, I really love the fact that my kids like them, and many times they choose them over traditional breads. They are perfect who want to eat healthy without compromising taste and quality.
