Mega Bloks aren’t just in boy colors anymore. Barbie has taken over! There are 3 little girls that live here who couldn’t be more thrilled that there are pink, purple, blue, and sparkly pieces available to them.
When I mentioned that we were being sent the Barbie Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper by Mega Bloks for review*, they were pretty psyched. The two older girls love the challenge of putting together the kits. My youngest enjoys playing with the kits and helps as much as she can. What she really loves is taking the pieces afterwards and creating her own masterpieces. But lets talk about the the Luxe Camper set, shall we?

Build and decorate the sparkling pink camper any way you want as Barbie™ and Chelsea™ visit all of their favorite attractions and hottest stores. Later, Barbie™ builds a fire and lazes around on a lounge chair, while Chelsea™ heads out for a quick scooter ride. Glamping has never been more relaxing! There are 305 pieces that come with the Barbie Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper and the age range is 4-10. I do believe that with a parent’s assistance my 4 almost 5 year old could put the set together by herself, but I am not so sure. Her 7 and 8- year old sisters on the other hand had no problems whatsoever.
Overall it took about 2 1/2 hours for the girls to put together the set. The instructions were very clear and easy for them to understand. In addition to the Mega Bloks Barbie Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper, there is also a hot tub for Barbie and Chelsea to sooth their achy bodies, a scooter for Chelsea and a picnic table to hang out on while gazing at the fire. The accessories that are included are girlie and fun. A lounge chair, flowers, bunk beds, and lots of flowers! Many of the pieces included are sparkly and glamorous. I mean Barbie and Chelsea are glamping right?
