My brothers have all gone through the P90X programs…and good for them. It’s not for me – I know this. Thanks to the all new P90, I can attempt to change some things around.

P90 is shorter workouts, they’re not as intense or extreme as the other programs but still effective. It starts with 4 discs:
Disc a features:
- Intro: How to Hit It
- Sculpt A
- Sweat A
- Ab Ripper A
Disc B features:
- Sculpt B
- Sweat B
- Ab Ripper B
Disc C features:
- Sculpt C
- Sweat C
- Ab Ripper C
The fourth disc is Saturday Special.
Depending on whether you want to Sculpt (Resistance-Based) or Sweat (Cardio Based) you can pick your program. It’s easy enough to follow along with either schedule. I would recommend having a dedicated area for workouts. P90 uses an H grid line and if you are working out in a family room or front room you’ll constantly tear up your H and replace it when you have the time to work out.

P90 came with a Resistance and and Door Hinge adapter for the workouts. Also included is the P90 Simple Kitchen with recipes. P90 also encourages Shakeology. You can go as far as you’d like. Don’t forget to take before and after photos. If you complete the program you’ll earn a P90 shirt that can’t be purchased. The only way to get it is to earn it.
