Over the last month, I’ve had a pretty crazy work schedule. Meals I’ve planned have gone out the door. Events, same thing. I had the opportunity to try out the new PeakFection from Foods Co. and it’s worth talking about.
Found at a Kroger or Baker’s if you are in Nebraska, we tried out the PeakFection guacamole and salsa found in the deli department.
We so enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. In fact, I put out the guacamole so our guests and kiddos could enjoy while making enchiladas and before I put them in the oven, the PeakFection guacamole was gone! So much for pictures! It was delicious and fresh, especially convenient. Everyone loved it!
The PeakFection was equally delicious! It reminded me of homemade salsa, which is a favorite of mine.
