Philips Norelco Bodygroom Pro

Most women are quite experienced with removing unwanted hair from their bodies. We shave our legs, bikini line and armpits  a few times a week typically, if not every day. There are a multitude of products on the market to help us with this daunting task, but what is out there for men?

The Philips Norelco Bodygroom Pro is a powerful little machine that removes hair below the neck. Although my son isn’t incredibly hairy, there are a few parts that are bothersome to him. He was excited to learn about the bodygroomer, and uses it to do some “thinning”.

The bodygroomer has different length settings which enables you to achieve the exact look you want for different body hair lengths. It comes with three comb attachments and even an extra long handled attachment, which allows men to easily reach their back to get rid of the forest that may be growing there. This is a great feature, as we all know how hard it is to reach the back even just to scratch it!

My son was quite impressed with the bodygroomer! It can be used on dry hair and is even safe to use in the shower. He really liked how closely he could shave, and he was also pleased that he didn’t get the irritating scratches that sometimes come with other shavers. As the name suggests, this is made specifically for the body, and the 3D pivoting head really helps in this respect. He says he can reach even the contours of the body and the tricky parts with ease (I don’t want to know what the tricky parts are…just sayin’). He said the rubber handle made it easy to hang on to, unlike other types that often slip out of the hand. Annoying.

The Philips Norelco Bodygroom Pro holds its charge really well too. A 1-hour charge will provide up to 50 minutes of cordless use, or if you are in a hurry, you can do a quick 3-minute charge for one shave.
