Best popovers
Have you ever had popovers? One of my favorite things my mom cooked when I was a child was roast beef and Yorkshire Pudding. I remember how she would use some of the drippings from the roast beef and add it to the batter before cooking. I would always get a kick out of watching the pudding “poof up”, as I anxiously awaited the timer to go off, indicating it was time to indulge!
She then started making popovers, using the same batter, and I quickly fell in love with them too. I make these for my family quite often, especially when we have prime rib.
I am not sure where she got this recipe, but I just have to share it with you. Nobody should be without it!

Popovers are so good. They really are super easy to make too. I admit, I havent made them for some time, and really should. I have never seen it made with the drippings like that. We never have prime rib, but they are good with anything and are so good slathered with real butter.
