I think I’m pretty lucky when it comes to Luv. She is a rough and tumble girly girl. She wrestles Daddy, sword fights {wind orcs in particular}, and it is not uncommon that I find rocks in the dryer. She also loves to have painted nails, dances like a free spirited gypsy, and picks out fanciful outfits to wear. She was delighted to see what Princess London’s Tutu Boutique sent her.

Princess London’s Tutu Boutique hand creates adorable custom tutus {and tutu dresses} along with matching hair accessories! While browsing the site, I swooned over so many pieces. This could get dangerous…

I asked Luv to pick out a shirt and shorts to wear with her new Yellow, Green, and Aqua Tutu. It’s such a playful and pretty outfit, don’t you think? *wink*

I think this is beautiful and fluffy. I feel beautiful. I really like the hair clip, it’s so beautiful. I like the green, that’s your favorite color Momma… and the silver – it’s beautiful. I like to dance in it and I really like to whirl and twirl around in it.

Note to self: review synonyms for “beautiful” with Luv. Yes, green is my favorite color. That may be part of the reason I chose this tutu, I admit. I just loved all the colors and hats off to Princess London’s Tutu Boutique because the hair clip was a perfect match to the tutu! Everything is just darling.

Obviously after wearing the tutu all day, it will need some love and attention. The following tips are helpful and so simple!

How do I Fluff My Tutu?

To begin fluffing the tutu, take a section of tulle and hold it in one hand. It’s best to put the tutu on when fluffing. Take the top layer of tulle in that section and lift it all the way up to the waistband. Then take the bottom layer and do the same.

It’s best to put the tutu on your child when fluffing if they can stand or walk. For infants than aren’t walking or standing yet, lay the tutu on a flat surface with the tulle fanned out in a circle.

Next, take another section and follow the same steps. Do this for the entire tutu until all sections are complete.
