Puffy Blanket, I Think I Love You

I know I love you Puffy Blanket. You had me at Puffy…and Blanket. We are a blanket kind of family. In the winter months especially, you can find us on the reclining sofas in front of a roaring fire, wrapped in blankets. Nothing is better than a squishy throw blanket right?

Well… we only THOUGHT we knew comfort, but that was before we were lucky enough to envelop ourselves in the generous medium sized Puffy Blanket. I say “us” because the medium size Puffy Blanket is huge – large enough to easily wrap my husband and I comfortably while hanging out on the couch. We actually could have fit a couple more people in there if we wanted to {we didn’t want to!}.

Is the Puffy Blanket good quality?

YES! I am big on quality (who isn’t, right?). But sometimes things appear great at first but after just a little use, you can see things start to fall apart That doesn’t seem to be the case with my Puffy Blanket. I have hauled this amazing blanket up the stairs, down the stairs, in this room, to that room, bundled it around me, under me, over me, across my husband and I, and the cats have slept on it.  I’ve really put it through the test (mostly because that’s just how I am with blankets), and it has held up like a champ. I was checking out the craftsmanship, the stitching, etc., and it is quite impressive. I am so happy about that, because I have bonded with this blanket, and I need it in my life for a long, long time.

The Puffy company has much more than blankets, I am happy to say. They have beds too, which I can only imagine are amazing, if they are anything like their blankets. Puffy bedding (sheets, puffy blanket and a Puffy mattress topper), along with a Puffy mattress, try a latex topper on your mattress. Sounds dreamy!

Oh but there is more Puffy stuff! They also have a body pillow, a mattress pad, weighted blanket and mattress protector. Annndddd I just noticed they have regular bed pillows. I’ll bet they are pretty awesome too. Talk about a good night’s sleep. I might not ever get out of bed if their blankets are any indicator of how their pillow would be. With my sleep issues, that just might do the trick. Can you tell that I am a little swept away with all things Puffy? 

I am not the least bit ashamed to say that I wouldn’t not even hesitate to sleep in this…Puffy Dog Bed! Have you ever? It’s a good thing they don’t have Puffy beds for cats, as I would have a hard time resisting the urge to buy all of my four cats Puffy beds.

I cannot think of a holiday present that will be more appreciated during the cold months of winter. I know here in Central Oregon, the nights have been incredibly cold, and they are only going to get colder. I remember a story my mom told me once about how my brother had his favorite “blankie” when he was a little guy. She dreaded when she had to wash it, because it was always a big battle when it came time to take it away from him. He would stand in front of the washer and dryer and cry until he got his blankie back. I kind of feel that this could be me. I like to think that I am more mature than this, but who’s to say. I will find out when it gets washed next. With a world as crazy as it is these days, we can all use a bit of comfort. Let me tell you…when I wrap myself up in my cloud-like Puffy Blanket, my cares just slip away. I forget about the bad stuff going on in the world and just enjoy the wonderful feeling. It really is heavenly.
