Purina Cat Chow Real Stories Project Contest

Last week I wrote about our crazy cat, Newman, and also mentioned the fun contest that Purina Cat Chow is having. I hope you have had a chance to enter this contest for yourself.
Purina Cat Chow is committed to telling and highlighting the real stories of everyday cat owners. Purina Cat Chow recently launched a new national TV advertising campaign, where they feature stories from real-life cat owners and their cats. They even have new product packaging which features five owners and their cats. I am going to be on the lookout for these, as I think it is fantastic that Purina is using real, everyday people.
You still have a few days left to submit your cat story! From now until July 31, you can participate by submitting your cat relationship story in the Purina Cat Chow Real Stories Project Contest.
I mentioned the prizes before, but in case you forgot, or didn’t see the first Purina Cat Chow post I did, I’ll tell you again!
Five cat stories will be selected as the grand prize winners of the Purina Cat Chow Real
Stories Project and will each receive a $5,000 cash prize, a one year supply of Purina® Cat
Chow® brand cat food for one cat, and have their cat relationship story told through a Purina
Cat Chow brand online video.
After the close of story submissions on July 31, Purina Cat Chow will narrow the stories down to 10
finalists. I’m sure it will be a hard choice! Consumers will then be able to vote on their favorite stories from August 28 through September 18, 2012. You can vote at at www.yourcatstory.com to help identify your favorite stories. Winners will be announced on or about October 1, 2012.
Time is running out and I would hate for you to miss this. If you are a cat lover like me, I imagine you have quite a few stories to tell. Maybe it is about how your kitty greets you when you come in the door, or how you acquired your cat. Or if your cat is nutty like my Newman and maybe he/she tosses things off the nightstand when you are trying to sleep? Occasionally Newman does sleep. Here he is mid-yawn, ready to take a nap.
Good luck!
