We were sent the Original Rockboard Scooter in Orange to try out. It comes very easy to assemble and after a few quick adjustments we were ready to roll…or should I say “rockboard”.

Propulsion is achieved with each “rock” making it almost effortless to ride. Amazingly enough, you can reach speeds up to 10mph on the Rockboard Scooter! The kids had very little trouble getting started on the scooter and easily got the hang of rocking it to ride. The scooter does not go backwards or in reverse so they had to learn to just make a turn with it when they needed to turn around. The kids loved that their feet never had to touch the ground which meant no skinned toes, no tripping over the ends of their shoes, etc. Since we have 3 kids of all varying sizes, it was quick and easy to adjust the handlebar to the right height for each one of them. In fact, “technically challenged Mom” could even do it which really impressed them.

The Original Rockboard Scooter is not just fun for the kids but also fun for adults as well. It will hold up to 200 lbs., so even my husband & I can enjoy it with the kids for hours of fun. For younger kids, there is even a Mini Rockboard Scooter that can accommodate up to 80 lbs. As a parent, we loved the fact that this scooter comes with a brake on the handlebar. Most scooters don’t have a brake on them which makes Rockboard scooters unique and much safer. It also folds down into a very compact size making it extremely easy to carry with you to the park, skate park, on vacation or easily fit into your vehicle for travel purposes. Not only is the Rockboard Scooter extremely fun but it is also a great way to get your child exercising without them even knowing it!
