My children loved baths and even showers until my third daughter came along. She avoids them as much as possible and when you finally get her into a tub, she screams that you are not to wash her hair. She is not interested in having water put on her head whatsoever. When I got the chance to review Rubber Duckie & Friends, I knew this was going to be the product to put an end to that cleansing craziness!
Rubber Duckie & Friends are shower heads that look like cute little bath toys, to make bathing fun! There’s Duckie the Duck, Froggie the Frog, Hippie the Hippo, Dollie the Dolphin, and Rickie the Rhino. We received Rickie the Rhino, a pink rhino with little yellow eyes!
The Rubber Duckie & Friends attach to a two-way diverter which let’s you choose between your own showerhead and the Rubber Duckie & Friends sprayer. It comes with a six foot hose and suction cups that let your sprayer stick to the wall. I noticed immediately that the spray is extremely gentle and definitely meant for your little ones!
Our Rubber Duckie & Friends Rickie the Rhino was really easy to install and use. It took a few minutes to take off our showerhead and attach the diverter and then voila, ready to use! The diverter is simple to turn and makes a little clicking sound when you’ve turned it all the way to switch the flows. The suction on the sprayer is good enough that you can leave it attached to make a tiny shower too, which is what I did for my oldest daughter so that she could do a shower herself! I’ve been bathing my little guy and littlest girl with the Rubber Duckie & Friends sprayer on a regular basis since we got it and they both love it! I do little voices for Rickie the Rhino and they get a kick out of it!
At $24.99, the Rubber Duckie & Friends really is comparable to the prices of other showerheads but instead it is perfect for the little ones and I happen to love the duality. Having my showerhead and the kid’s showerhead all in one is really convenient for me. I would and do highly recommend getting the Rubber Duckie & Friends if you have children! It’s affordable, extremely useful, convenient, and fun!
As an added sidenote, I have to mention that I was reading their Facebook page and their customer service is astonishing! I get excited about companies with great customer service, it makes me want to support them even more!

The Rubber Duckie & Friends is too cute and such a great idea! Rickie the Rhino is so adorable. I like that it has a two way diverter valve so I can still keep my strong shower head. With my head of hair I need a powerful shower head and this way it’s perfect for both children and adults.
