I am so excited about a new gum from Trident Layers. I received both flavors of Trident Layers for review…yum! I enjoyed them both immensely. It is available in Green Apple/Pineapple and Citrus/Strawberry. The taste was so good, I thought it actually wasn’t sugar-free – I had to check and double check the package. To me, with many sugar free gums, I can tell…and that usually is not a good thing.
I like that I can give these to my daughter, when she wants a sweet gum. She tried them too, and we each have our favorite. The flavors are bold, yet not overdone.
Trident is a name I’ve known and loved for a long time. I have been chewing Trident gum since I was a little girl (that was many, many moons ago!). I am so pleased that they keep coming out with wonderful new gums. Trident Layers certainly is no exception. Next time you are at the store, I encourage you to pick up a pack or two!
Is Trident gum gluten free?
It contains no gluten but is not certified gluten free so if you are sensitive or allergic, I would avoid consuming it to be safe.
Is Trident gym Keto friendly?
If you are true Keto, avoiding Trident or any chewing gym is recommended because of the artificial sweeteners and gums added to the gum.
Is Trident gym bad for your teeth?
My personal opinion is that chewing gum does not benefit your teeth in any way shape or form. But there can be other benefits to chewing gum. It can help you avoid snacking or if you smoke, it can help you quit smoking. Just make the best decision based on your own personal needs.
