V-Tech CS6529-14 Cordless Answering System Review

I love my V-Tech phone a lot so when I had the opportunity to review the V-Tech CS6529-14 I jumped at the chance. We still have a land line so I put this one in our bedroom to have a phone in there again. Want to know one of the things I love the most about it? The awesome color!

This phone would be ideal for any kids room! The color is a vibrant green which is very noticeable. I like that because it will be harder to lose.  If you find out you lost your new V-Tech phone no worries! Equipped with a handy Find Handset button that you simply press and the phone beeps until you find it. I try to blame my kids for a lot but I have a bad habit of leaving the phone laying around (don’t tell hubs!!) and I use this feature. Normally it is after the kids go to bed so I blame them on moving it even though they aren’t allowed to talk on the phone yet, not sure he is buying it either.

The CS6529-14 is expandable as well! You can expand the system up to 5 handsets by adding the accessory handset which is sold separately. With the accessory handset you only need one phone jack and the other handsets can be placed anywhere in the home! This is also great for kids rooms or for older homes where there are rooms with no jacks.

With Caller ID and Call Waiting you will always know who is needing to reach you. We lived without Caller ID for many years and I have to tell you now that I have it again I love it!! Eating dinner and don’t want to answer the solicitor on the other end? Skip it! I forgot how much I missed it until I got it back again last year. The V-Tech CS6529-14 will also store the last 50 calls. Lost a number? Quick search through the previous calls will get you that number in a jiffy.

The V-Tech CS6529-14 has a digital answering machine with 14 full minutes of recording time. The DECT 6.0 digital technology gives you much higher protection against eavesdropping. The display is backlit making it super easy to see all the time and there is even a speaker on the handset to talk handsfree. Here are more features from the V-Tech website:
