3rd Annual Ghirardelli Square KidsBash June 30th!

I have such fond memories of Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. My mom and I used to go to S.F. for “girls day out”, and each trip would consist of a stop at Ghirardelli Square for a sundae. Oh how I miss those days!

There is something fun happening at Ghirardelli Square on June 30th!

Ghirardelli Square is excited to once again host KidsBash, the ultimate celebration for kids to kick off summer. Bigger than ever, KidsBash, presented by Plum Organics, will transform into the Bay Area’s largest playground providing the children of the Bay Area with a festival of their very own. Along with Peekadoodle KidsClub, KidsBash will present activities for kids of all ages that will expand onto Beach Street, guaranteeing more fun by the Bay.

Friends and families are invited to explore historic Ghirardelli Square, discover unique boutiques and restaurants, and enjoy live music, and family-friendly activities that are sure to bring out the kid in everyone.

This year, Ghirardelli Square KidsBash has partnered with Help A Mother Out, a Bay Area-based, nationally-recognized grassroots organization that raises and distributes diapers to homeless and low income families. Ghirardelli Square has set up a Virtual Diaper Donation where people can purchase a virtual box of diapers for donation for a minimum of $10, and will receive $5 off a KidsBash ticket. Tickets for children 10 and under include access to games and activities and are $20, or $15 with a minimum donation to Help A Mother Out.

Event highlights include activities available to kids 10 and under including a jumpy house, rock wall, a visit from local firemen with their fire engine, a visit from Hello Kitty, train rides, face painting, live musical performances and more!

KidsBash is June 30th from 1-3 p.m. at 900 North Point Street in San Francisco. This event is free and open to the public! You can get your KidsBash tickets online if you’d like. You can find more information about Ghirardelli Square Kids Bash as well on the Ghirardelli Square website.
