If you have children, I am sure you have the same concerns as me. We often think about what could happen to our kids when they are out and about, and we also worry about what they are doing online, and scary situations that may arise.
But what about mobile safety?
There are some serious issues that kids today face when it comes to mobile phones. It is a scary world, unfortunately, and parents need to be proactive in keeping their kids safe. Things such as bullying, privacy, over-usage, texting while driving and more are just a sampling of the the dangers of our mobile world and our children.
AT&T is doing something wonderful – they have made a commitment to be a leader in providing education, tools and resources to help families better manage mobile safety. I am thrilled that AT & T is taking action and providing parents with the education and resources necessary to keep an eye on our kids. We, as parents, can certainly use all the help we can get!
AT & T is holding three virtual Mobile Safety classes, and I am thrilled that one of my readers will be able to take advantage of one of these classes.
The virtual Mobile Safety School schedule is as follows:
Oct. 23 at 1p ET – mobile safety for kids 8-11
Oct. 24 at 1p ET – mobile safety for kids 12-14
Oct. 25 at 1p ET – mobile safety for kids 15-17
If you are interested in learning more, AT&T is offering the opportunity to one of my readers to attend an AT & T virtual Mobile Safety School session – along with a $50 VISA gift card.
*I will be compensated for posting about Mobile Safety, in partnership with The Motherhood and AT & T.
