Well, I have completed the Listerine 21-Day Challenge, but I am by no means, done with my new oral hygiene routine!

It has been a really fun and enlightening challenge, and if you have participated, I’m sure you feel the same way. My teeth and gums feel cleaner and healthier, and my smile shines brighter.

My daughter and husband are also enjoying the benefits of using the Listerine products that I have been using, and we all agree that we feel a big difference! I like knowing that I am reducing the chances of dealing with gum disease in the future.

The neat thing about using Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash in conjunction with their other oral care products, is I am completely covered, using one brand only. As I mentioned in my halfway point post, I absolutely love the Listerine Ultraclean Mint Floss and the Listerine Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Whitening Toothpaste as well. I know that I am giving my entire mouth the best I can, for continued success of a healthy mouth. Swishing twice a day is a breeze – I have just added this to my morning and evening oral care routine.

There is no way I am stopping now! In addition to how well the products work, Listerine products are very reasonably priced, so there really isn’t a good reason not to continue. There are a variety of products to suit every person too.

Part of the Listerine 21-Day Challenge that I really enjoy are the tips from the experts. In addition to committing to an easy oral care routine, I have also learned many other helpful things. I LOVE the advice from Peter Walsh, who has some great ideas for organization. I struggle with this, because it seems overwhelming, but Peter made a suggestion that has helped me immensely. He advises folks to start small when organizing – working on a small section of a room at one time, and for 10 minutes only. I can SO do that! If you try to do too much in a single day or weekend, you will probably be running in circles, but you might not really be getting much done.

Have you taken the challenge yet? I really, really hope you do, as I just know you will be as pleased with the results as I am. By switching up your oral hygiene routine, you will most likely benefit by reducing the amount of unpleasant dental procedures you’ll need in the future.  If you have already started or completed the Listerine 21-Day Challenge, I hope you will encourage the rest of your family to join in too, and definitely don’t stop once the 21-Days are over.

Make sure you read about when I started the Listerine 21-Day Challenge and my experience halfway through the Listerine 21-Day Challenge, to follow my journey from the start.

You can still take the Listerine 21-Day Challenge, if you haven’t done so already. I encourage you to share your progress below. You might also let Listerine know too, by tweeting your results too, using #LISTERINE. Remember – there are prizes to be won when you participate in the challenge too!

TWITTER PARTY!

There will be a fun Listerine Twitter Party on March 3 at 1:00 PM EST – you will have a chance to win prizes from Listerine experts! I hope you will be able to join in on the fun!

  1. I have used Listerine, and other brands, since I was a kid. I assume it works because I never have any gum problems.

  2. Listerine is the one brand we have always used. I love the clean feel it gives you after every use.
