We’re in back to school mode – 17 days and counting! That means purchasing supplies and a new backpack to kick off the school year. On every class list is facial tissues, they are a necessity in the classroom. This month, Scotties Facial Tissues is partnering with the Kids In Need Foundation to inspire children to be prepared and help them to their very best this school year.
Scotties is ready to change that and I get to help! You can help make the difference, too! It’s easy, create a video of your child answering the following question:
If you could put one thing in a backpack and then give it to a kid who needed help getting through the school day, what would that one thing be and why?
Upload the video on the various social media platforms and use the hastag #ReadySetSchool . For every video created and shared a backpack filled with school supplies will be donated to a kid in need by Scotties (up to 1,400 backpacks).
I asked my soon to be 4th grader, Paige, the question and my heart melted at her answer. I have no doubt she understand the importance of school supplies, but she clearly understands the importance of self-esteem. Check out her answer in her video –
