Soft and Luxurious Luster Loft Fleece Blanket from American Blanket Company

It’s that time of year again – time to put away all of our winter items and get out our spring/summer items.  This includes putting away the heavy quilt that we keep on our bed.  Usually, we go without any sort of blanket during the summer, but there are times when I get a little cold without having a blanket.  This year, we are going to try a Luster Loft Fleece Blanket from American Blanket Company.

The Luster Loft Fleece Blanket is handmade in Massachusetts and comes in eleven colors (Cotton Ball, Navajo White, Soft Beige, Light Gray, Sea Mist Green, Buxton Blue, Golden Dune, Chocolate, Patriot Blue, Pale Pink, and Black).  We got the Sea Mist Green, which is a lovely light shade of green.  The Luster Loft Fleece Blanket also comes in various sizes, including Twin, Twin Extra Long, Full/Queen, King/California King, and Oversized King/California King.  You can also get the Luster Loft Fleece Blanket personalized with a monogram or embroidery.

The Luster Loft Fleece Blanket arrived at our house in a box, wrapped up beautifully with a ribbon.  When I opened the box, I actually squealed because I was sooooo excited to put the blanket on our bed.  It is made of the softest fleece material I have ever felt and it fit perfectly on our bed.  It’s a miracle that it actually made it onto our bed, as I was ready to just wrap myself up in the blanket and never let go.  But I decided to let the rest of my family enjoy the blanket as well.

I was really impressed with the Luster Loft Fleece Blanket.  I am the type of person that cannot sleep if I am too hot or too cold.  The Luster Loft Fleece Blanket provides the comfortable medium between hot and cold.  It is thick enough to provide warmth, but is also light enough that I do not feel like kicking off all of the covers because I am so hot.  I am finally getting a good full night of sleep!  The girls also love rubbing their hands all over the blanket and curling up on our bed to (pretend) sleep.

Nothing beats a good blanket, and in my opinion, the Luster Loft Fleece Blanket is a really good blanket.  Not only is it soft and comfortable, but you can tell that it is a quality blanket that should last a long time.  And remember that Mother’s Day is only about a month away.  What a great and useful, yet unique, gift for that special woman in your life, or just treat yourself!

  61. They are all so pretty! But I think I like the “Buxton Blue” the best – it goes with the colors in my bedroom.
