I don’t know about you, but for me, PMS is no laughing matter. It certainly doesn’t make my husband laugh. He usually heads for the hills when it is “that time of the month”. I am so happy there are natural products that can help. I haven’t found anything that works so far, so to have natural products is a a huge plus. According to the video above, it is really important to look at the ingredients carefully on the labels of products. I try to do this, but don’t always know exactly what I am looking for. The video above answers some important questions.

I also never knew that Wild Yam had so many benefits! There are so many natural ingredients that are beneficial for women’s bodies.
