  1. I need steady energy in the morning because I have a lot of tasks that require me to get through the morning until lunch. I love eating a Belvita biscuit every day because it is filling. The are my favorite biscuits.

  20. My running is not a true physical run. it’s just the energy needed to keep organized and on top of things with kids. Teens are worst than lil’ ones with this in my opinion. They are so busy it’s crazy. I have been vacant from the actual running for about two years of a medical relapse. I’d love to try anything that grants me back a fraction of my energy. I miss running, both actual and figuratively.
