My running is not a true physical run. it’s just the energy needed to keep organized and on top of things with kids. Teens are worst than lil’ ones with this in my opinion. They are so busy it’s crazy. I have been vacant from the actual running for about two years of a medical relapse. I’d love to try anything that grants me back a fraction of my energy. Well, I’m not a runner, I’m a backpacker and will hike a normal 10 – 15 miles a day. Energy is important to keep moving and my goal is to reach the top of a mountain or a camp site at the end of the day.
