My oldest daughter started it. She loved Caillou. LOVED Caillou. Each day we would turn on the tv when it came on for her fix. Now my youngest 2 can’t get enough of the little 4 year old boy. When I had the opportunity to review the Caillou Treehouse Playset, I said “Of course!”
The treehouse was a bit harder to put together than I thought it would but once set up it was very nice. The set comes with Caillou, Rosie, Leo, and Gilbert the cat to make imagination play all the more fun. Our 2 year old carries Caillou everywhere with her now. And then leaves him in various places throughout our house for mama to find.
Whether he’s at school, at home or in a park, Caillou finds opportunities for learning and growing everywhere. The treehouse will give your child the tools so they can create their own adventures for Caillou and his friends. A swing on the tire swing or a spin on the elevator – the fun just doesn’t stop.
Children develop and mature through play. As a parent I am amazed at my girls imaginations. The things that they come up with when told to turn off the tv and play in their rooms makes me proud and sometimes I just stand outside of their doors and listen to them and smile. With our treehouse set Caillou and his friends play a lot of “school” around here thanks to my 6 year old but they also go on adventures to the beach and climb huge mountains.
