Since my birthday is the day before Valentine’s Day, my mother always used to make me a heart-shaped cake every year. It is something I miss terribly, now that she has passed. I can’t begin to explain my delight when I received a heart-shaped cheesecake for review from Eli’s Cheesecake! It is kind of like an early birthday present, and it put a great big smile on my face 🙂

I have tasted Eli’s Cheesecake before, and I really enjoyed their Original Sampler cheesecake, which consisted of four flavors. This time I am trying a new flavor – White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.

Tart Canadian red raspberries are the perfect foil for the sweet, smooth taste of white chocolate cheesecake, baked on a chocolate crumb crust.

I couldn’t wait to dive into this cheesecake (I am even having a piece as I write this!). As always, the cheesecake arrived fresh and ready to eat. The white chocolate is divine, and the perfect hint of raspberries makes this such a refreshing dessert. This would be perfect for Valentine’s or any other time.

Each Eli’s Cheesecake is delivered on dry ice, to ensure maximum freshness. It should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

Of course, Eli’s Cheesecake has cheesecakes for all occasions, including birthday, anniversary, and also for any other special day.

I am just dying to try one of their Red Velvet Cheesecake (I am a Red Velvet fiend, in case you didn’t know). I also wouldn’t mind one of their other new treats – including Blackberry Sour Cream cheesecake and Belgian Chocolate Hazelnut. Oh yum!
