Butternut Squash Stuffed Ground Turkey
I came across this recipe at random one day when listening to a podcast. I make one adjustment to this recipe which is to help save myself some time. I but the cut up butternut squash and served the meat mixture over top of the already prepared squash. It may not save money but oh man, it saves me time! This recipe is packed full of nutrition like kale, pomegranate, celery, onion, etc. Great for a nice Fall recipe!
Ground Turkey Spaghetti Squash
I was skeptical of using spaghetti squash instead of noodles for this meal but if you are looking for a low-card option with added nutrients, this is a great way to switch it up this week! The squash is sweet tasting, which makes kids LOVE it. Just use your favorite sauce and then get that 80/20 ground turkey.
Ground Turkey Tacos/Quesadillas
This recipe is mentioned on my other post. Just replace the chicken with the 80/20 ground turkey for a quick weeknight dinner!
