Frozen Food Safety: How long is food in the freezer safe to eat?
This is one question I ask myself often. I chuck a lot of things in the freezer, but honestly, I end up throwing away a lot of food. I am a stickler for expiration dates, and I just kind of get grossed out by foods that aren’t “newer”.
I hope the infographic below will help you determine how long certain foods are safe in the freezer.
What I really need to do, I suppose, is get more organized and start using freezer labels.
