2010 Holiday Gift Guide at Eighty MPH Mom

Welcome to the 2010 Holiday Gift Guide event with Eighty MPH Mom and Slice o’ Heaven! We will be featuring some fabulous companies and products throughout the event to help you with your holiday shopping and preparation. Of course there will be plenty of giveaways too. I hope you had a chance to read my reviews that I did for Corelle, Pyrex and Chicago Cutlery…and as promised, I have a Grand Prize Giveaway for you. Yep, that’s right – one winner will win all three of the products I reviewed!

Chicago Cutlery 8″ Landmark Chef’s Knife review:

The Chicago Cutlery 8″ Landmark Chef Knife is not only attractive, but it is slices through just about everything with little effort. The handle is very comfortable as well. I was anxious to try the chef’s knife, and first used it when I was making stew. It easily cut the potatoes, carrots and onions. When I cut the meat for the stew, it cut through without hesitation.

Pyrex Easy Grab 2-qt Casserole review:

I actually made stuffing in it the very day it arrived, and it was such a pleasure to cook with this. Not only is it attractive, but it is very durable and easy to handle. It has two handles which makes transferring it in and out of the oven a breeze. I also love that it has a lid, unlike the old baking dishes I have.

Corelle Square Simple Lines 16-pc Set review:

Corelle is a name that has been around for years. While I was growing up, we always had Corelle dishes {I even remember the patterns of some of our sets!}. Part of the reason my mom loved them so much was that they were incredibly durable. If someone dropped a plate, bowl, etc., odds are that it was not going to break. For obvious reasons, durable dishes are important in a household with kids.

My list could be really long if I could get whatever I wanted at World Kitchen, they really, really have the stuff, anyway I decided on this since its cookie baking time, I really want the Bakers Secret 16 x 13 1/2 Air Insulated Baking Sheets, they look like they hold alot of cookies on there and I need new cookie sheets badly
