Make Springtime Fantastic with Glasstic

May 1, 2015 by Randi 83 Comments

Disclosure review
Now that the weather is finally getting warmer, my family and I are spending a lot of time outdoors. Due to the boost in activity, we are also drinking a lot more. While it would be easy to grab a quick soda for myself or a juicebox for the kids, we’ve been on a mission to try to lower our intake levels of certain not so good for you products. The solution in regard to our beverages is, of course, water. After all, a lot of time spent outdoors should result in an increased water intake. Now, with that being said, I don’t want to do any more harm to the environment than we do to our bodies so I refuse to be the family with hundreds of empty water bottles in our vehicles. On the other hand, I’m not really all too fond of the idea of using my kitchen cabinets to store endless amounts of reusable water bottles either.

Over the years, I’ve gotten rather picky when it comes to reusable water bottles and it is certainly safe to say that I have found a few favorites. However, many of those favorites tend to be the favorites of the masses and keeping tabs on my own water bottle while sitting in a sea of lookalikes can be a bit easier said than done. Up until now, many of our water bottles have been bland as far as design is concerned. I use pink or purple while the kids and the mister use the remaining colors. They certainly get the job done in terms of helping us to boost our water intake but, really, who wouldn’t love a little pizzazz? That is where Glasstic comes in.

Glasstic - Logo
The Glasstic brand has revolutionized the world of reusable water bottles by combining two of the greats – glass and plastic. Much like the name itself, the Glasstic products perfectly mesh what was previously considered two entirely separate items.

Glasstic began creating innovative products that focus on reusability, recyclability, quality materials along with relentless commitment to satisfy our customers in 2011. The Glasstic Shatterproof Glass Water Bottle is the first of its kind and we are the only water bottle company that we are aware of that guarantees its product with a 1-year glass bottle replacement. Glasstic combines the purity of glass with the durability of plastic to create a sleek and highly functional product.

As a parent, I am all for the purity aspect that glass offers in terms of beverages. At the same time however, glass does not typically mix well with a family full of rough and rowdy little boys. We’ve had glass bottles break and while, thankfully, no one was seriously injured, it certainly wasn’t pretty.

Glasstic - Broken Bottles
For the longest time, I had gone back to using only the plastic reusable bottles for safety reasons. Despite knowing that the glass options were best as far as the purity of the bottle’s contents is concerned, my family’s physical safety trumped my want for glass. Of course, that was until I was introduced to Glasstic.

The Glasstic bottles are made up of four pieces:

  • Leak-Proof Flip Cap
  • Easy to Carry Flip-Up Handle
  • Durable BPA-Free Plastic Shell
  • Pure Glass Insert

Glasstic - Parts
While the initial two components certainly have their own talking points, let’s focus on the latter half. The durable BPA-free plastic shell makes up the exterior of the Glasstic water bottles and helps to insure the user’s safety. Not only do you no longer have to worry about those random clumsy moments of dropping or knocking over your glass water bottle because, with the durable plastic exterior, the glass (and your hands) are safe from harm.

The glass component itself sits snugly within the plastic shell and your beverage sits within this component. Regardless of what you decide to fill it with, you can be sure that it will remain just as delicious as it was when freshly poured. The glass possesses a purity aspect that helps to keep your beverages as clean and pure as possible.

With a collection that offers six different color options as well as four beautifully designed options, there is certainly something for everyone.

And as if the Glasstic brand couldn’t get any better, you can even create your own bottle design by simply uploading your logo!

Glasstic - Custom Design
Glasstic is great for families like mine, for athletes, for active folks, for companies; Glasstic is fantastic – for everyone!

I am thrilled to have been introduced to the brand and to have had the opportunity to try out these wonderful bottles first hand. They are, by far, one of my most favorite reusable water bottle brands and I regularly get compliments on them wherever we go. We were provided with the Glasstic Design Flip Cap 4-Pack Assortment and I absolutely love them!

Glasstic - Design 4-Pack Assortment
The Glasstic reusable water bottles are beautifully designed, safe for use, and easy to clean. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who may be looking to combine the best of both worlds and find a happy medium between plastic and glass. Glasstic is it.
