Halloween costumes and supplies at Oriental Trading

Halloween is just around the corner, and much like every year, I am pretty excited. The past two years I have made our own costumes (two years ago I was a flamingo and my husband was a Flamingo Trainer. Last year we were  Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers). This year, however, we have decided to wear costumes from Oriental Trading. After all, the Halloween costumes and supplies at Oriental Trading are pretty awesome. Choices, choices choices!

It was really hard to make a decision. I considered several different Halloween costumes – they have superhero costumes, classic costumes, fairytale costumes, historical costumes and several other categories. Since my husband was a police officer/captain before he retired, we thought it would be funny to have him be a prisoner, and I would be the cop! After perusing the Oriental Trading website, for awhile, I finally made some choices that I am quite happy with.

My husband has always been on the right side of the law, so I thought it would be fun to have him be the bad guy and I would be the police officer.

This is the Women’s Late Night Patrol costume that I chose for myself. I was happy to see that all of the “parts and pieces” were included, and that the quality was good. Previously when I  purchased costumes (not at Oriental Trading), they often fell apart before the big day.

For my husband, we settled on the prisoner costume.
