Holiday Gifts for Pets from Petmate

Lucy is the baby of our family.  She’s a typical middle child…needy.  And because she doesn’t talk back, she’s spoiled rotten.  Right down to the core.  If there is one thing Lucy loves, it’s laying around.  The evidence supporting my claim…

Petmate sent some goodies out for little Lucy this holiday season – after all our pooches deserve it!

Petmate

Our pampered pooch is used to comfort.  Sure, she’ll lay on the floor once in a while – make that once in a great while.  Otherwise, you’ll find her on the couch or on one of the beds.  We don’t mind.  After all, she’s the baby!

Lucy is no longer a spring chicken.  She’s getting older and it’s not quite as easy as it once was to jump up on beds.  Our pupperoni was so excited to receive some fantastic products from Petmate!

Her new favorite comfy spot is now the Petmate Fashion Bedding.  Oh, it’s soft.  It’s plush!  She’s in doggie heaven!  (Yes, her doggie bed is on the couch!  Princess and the Pea, much?)

Lucy

While she certainly doesn’t look it, Lucy is a bit of a Nosy Rosy.  She’s known to sniff out bags, backpacks and anything else all for the sake of a snack.  And it usually gets her put in doggie time out.  The JW Treat Tower to the rescue!

Treat Tower

The JW Pet Treat Tower is a treat dispensing dog toy that is designed to keep dogs stimulated and entertained.  We received the small tower, but there is a large size for bigger dogs.  It’s easy to insert a treat and the difficulty level can be adjusted.  I’ve found some itty-bitty dog treats that Lucy is nuts for, so I will load the treat tower in the morning before work and the kiddos will place it in different places around the house for Lucy to find before they leave for school.  She’s always managed to get the treat out by the time I get home for lunch!

ChuckIt!

For outdoor fun, try the ChuckIt! Kick Fetch.  It’s true, Lucy is a bit of a lazy bones, but she loves chasing after balls!  Soccer balls, volleyballs, even the football…she’ll try to get it!  The Kick Fetch is puncture resistant and has high visibility with deep grooves that make it easy for pooches to pick up.  It’s definitely good quality and something that will last a long, long time.

  1. Otis gets bored sometimes, so I think the JW Treat Tower would be perfect for him. Actually, I think he’d enjoy all of these prizes!

  2. Our little pup has lots of energy and loves lots of treats so Charlie would like the JW Pet Treat Tower the best. i really hope i win it for him!!! thanks for a chance to win! kmassman gmail

  3. The pet bed is my favorite! Our older mini Schnauzer, Libby shares with her little Yorkie “brother” and she is almost 12 and really deserves her own bed. She does love to play still and acts like a puppy when Armani wants to play catch. WE’d appreciate any of the items in this giveaway!

  4. Holly would most enjoy the treat tower. That would keep her entertained for a LONG time. But, she would also love the bed and the chuckit!

  5. Our little guy would love the Chuck it. He could play fetch all day. It is impossible to tire him out, we have tried! Thank you for the super giveaway opportunity. Keep up the terrific blogging.

  6. My cat enjoys the dog bed, so he would be on it instead of my Aussie. My dog would probably love the chuckit the best. We babysit a golden doodle who is addicted to chuckit. You just say the word and she will stop whatever she is doing.

  7. I love the JW Pet Treat Tower I wonder if my pug would actually try for the treats she a lazy butt…… but I also like the Petmate Fashion Bedding it would be a race to see which dog took ownership lol they’re both about the same size a pug and a pug/yorkie mix I’m so torn. Oh well I think they need exercise instead of more places to park their tushies but they most likely would beg to differ with me. Thanks for the cool pet prizes.
