JC Penney Back to School Shopping

with JC Penney!

School will be starting in just a few weeks and that means the stores are full of must-have items for the season! I have a list of favorite stores for back-to-school clothes shopping and my daughter has her own list as well, but it’s nice when we can agree on a store we both like. This is where JC Penney comes in, and their selection of back-to-school clothes is quite impressive!

My daughter and I were sent a JC Penney gift card to do some back-to-school shopping. This was something we were both looking forward to very much. Our nearest store is at the mall, about 5 minutes away, so we decided to make an afternoon of it. We headed straight for the Juniors section for her to start her shopping expedition. We weren’t sure quite where to begin, as the ‘cuteness’ started right away. I also realized how much I wish I could fit into these outfits, or just be a teen again so that I could shop for myself.

My daughter likes cute but casual. She found several items for school, and our gift card went a long way!

Her purchases included a cute blouse (pictured below), and a black lace tank to wear underneath it.

She also bought two pairs of blue jeans, that are really cute, and a grey sweater:

We still have some money left on the card for a future trip! Most of the things she bought were on sale and we were both super impressed with how far the gift card went. The black lace tank was originally $12.00, but it was on sale for only $6.99. The floral lace trim blouse was on sale for $19.99 {normally $36}, and the jeans were only $27.99 and $24.99!  She is excited to go back and find the perfect shoes…unfortunately we had to leave before she was able to get them.

JC Penny has a wonderful selection of back-to-school clothes for girls, boys and Juniors. One thing I have always liked about JC Penney is their variety of sizes. Not everyone is stick thin, but some stores seem to think that. It is easy to find exactly what you are looking for!
