Happy 100 Lance!

I love a good celebration, and I also love good snacks! Imagine how excited I was to find out that Lance is celebrating it’s 100th Birthday!  The fun started May 20th, and runs through Monday, June 3rd! Hopefully you are familiar with Lance, and their tasty assortment of cracker sandwiches, but if not, you have got to sample them for yourself. You’ll be hooked – I guarantee it!

Now, I love to snack, but I do not enjoy eating snacks that taste artificial. With Lance crackers, I feel good knowing that they use real cheese and freshly ground peanut butter (from Georgia!) in certain varieties of their cracker snacks. I also love that they have whole-grain products, and I can even get much needed protein – up to 6 grams – in Lance varieties. When I eat a snack that is convenient, has real ingredients AND tastes good, it is a win-win situation for sure.

My family was so excited when we received a huge assortment of goodies from Lance. My daughter loves that they are a “grab and go” food, and she has been grabbing a pack on her way out the door each day, when she is heading to school. Her favorite is the Cheese and Peanut Butter flavor (this variety is especially popular in our house!).  I am kind of partial to the Whole Grain/cheddar crackers, and have found that they are perfect for a mid-afternoon snack.  Let’s just put it this way, we love all of the Lance cracker varieties!   They are always crisp, fresh, and full of flavor.  I can tell that the best ingredients are used, and it is evident that Lance takes great pride in their crackers.

But let’s get back to the party!
