When we first discovered Ling Ling Asian foods, we were pleasantly surprised. So much so, in fact, that we have been keeping a variety of their products in our freezer just to have on hand (well and snack on too!). I guess you could say we are hooked, as we seem to be making these delicious items quite often. Ling Ling Asian food has become a staple in our home! In addition to loving how easy these meals area, we love the authentic taste. I like to believe that we are “experts” on Asian food, as we came from the SF Bay Area and were quite spoiled with all of the amazing Asian restaurants.

Since we loved the Ling Ling Potstickers so much, we thought we would try another one of their dishes too. This time we chose one of the Fried Rice dishes {Chicken Yakisoba Fried rice}. Can I just say, “Oh my!”? I think this is better than many Asian restaurants.

I really like that they put two bags of Fried Rice in the box. If you have a smaller family, or if you are only feeding yourself and a partner, then one bag should work perfectly. Of course, I cooked both bags, as I knew my family would have no problem polishing this off {and they didn’t}.

The chicken was really tasty, the vegetables were fresh and didn’t get soggy while cooking, and the rice was perfect. I cooked mine in a wok with a little peanut oil, but you can also use a regular skillet or even the microwave if you prefer.

I addition to the selection and the tasty flavors of Ling Ling Asian food, I really love how easy they are to make. Each one that I have tried so far has required very little preparation, and the meals were ready in minutes.

I have also tried the Ling Ling Drunken Noodles {I told you, I am smitten with this stuff!}, and these were absolutely amazing.

I am glad I don’t have to pick a favorite, because I don’t think I could. Everything we have tried has been amazing, and it all tastes like it was cooked from scratch in my own kitchen. The Ling Ling Noodles come in two varieties – Drunken Noodles and Yakisoba Noodles. I tried the Drunken Noodles.

I love quick and easy cooking, and Ling Ling Asian food takes the guesswork out of what to have for dinner!

This looks delicious and a lot easer to make than having to get all of the ingredients myself.
