Make a Difference in Your Community: Post Grant for Good Health

I have some great news to announce and the opportunity for you to make a difference in your community and a chance to win $25,000 to fund your idea! Below is some information to get you started!

Make a Difference in Your Community with the Post “Grant for Good Health” Award!
If you’re interested in expanding upon a community health project – whether it be funding a greenmarket, building a playground or offering nutrition consultations to those in need – be sure to apply for Post’s Grant for Good Health! To enter, submit a 300 word or less proposal, along with a basic budget for the grant’s usage no later than Monday, May 17th for the chance to win $25,000 to fund your idea!  Good luck!

May 11th is National “Eat What You Want” Day!
Pile your sandwich high on Tuesday and forget about the carbs! Arnold/Oroweat/Brownberry Breads are a great source of Whole Grains, so there’s no need to feel guilt. You can find some tasty ideas online so there’s never a dull lunch.  I was exploring their website and they have some wonderful recipe and sandwich ideas.  I
don’t think it will be difficult to eat what I want and eat healthy at the same time!

  1. I just heard about this around 5:30 tonight – way too late to really eat what I wanted… darn!
I made a great dinner, however, a Mediterranean pasta dish with chicken breast, tomatoes, olives, garlic and fresh basil from my garden. Everyone – including the doggies – loved it!
Hope you enjoyed "whatever" you ate! HUGS!!
