Welcome to the Mother’s Day Must-haves event! Each day we will be bringing you our favorite ideas for Mother’s Day this year, and lots of chances for you to win too! As the Mother’s Day event winds down, I bring to you a really special gift idea for Mom, sister, aunt, friend, or BFF. Things Remembered is the place to go for personalized gifts, including jewelry. I have done several Things Remembered review posts, including a personalized BBQ set for Father’s Day. My husband was so swept away with this gift, mostly because it was personalized and he cherishes it.

Things Remembered has impressed me once again! For this review, I received a Fashion Birthstone Necklace…and it is gorgeous!

It was really fun to pick out a gift for myself, and to even choose the inscription. Since my family is my life, I chose to have it personalized “Mike, Liz and Trev – My loves”. Although it might be a little hard for you to see, I took a picture to show you how sweet this is:

My special necklace came packaged very nicely in a silver box.  Inside that box was a black velvet back with a drawstring.  I was filled with anticipation, and I was not disappointed.  This is a necklace that I will be proud to wear, not only because it is beautiful, but because I can hold my family close to my heart {literally}.
