Have I died and gone to heaven? Well no, I am still here, but I am enjoying something heavenly at the moment – a nice big bowl of Post Cinnamon Pebbles cereal. Yep, you heard me right – Cinnamon Pebbles!

I have always LOVED Coca Pebbles and still buy them often. They are so chocolatey and yummy. I never dreamed that there would be another Pebbles cereal that I would love as much, but now there is.

These “pebbles” are sweet and oh-so-good. As soon as I opened the box, my senses were delighted. They were even happier when I put the first spoonful in my mouth. The first time I tried them, I had them with milk, but after that I found myself eating them straight out of the box (without milk, that is).

The neat thing about these is that they can be incorporated into SO many recipes. My mind is going crazy with possibilities. I am going to try a few of these recipe ideas, I think, and share them with you. I think they would even taste good sprinkled over ice cream…or crushed up in Snickerdoodles for a little crunch.

Although it is afternoon, and I am having a bowl, I can only imagine how this cereal will taste when I get up in the morning. The taste of this cereal will definitely put some pep in my step and a big smile on my face. What a great way to start the day! Oh, and Post Cinnamon Pebbles are gluten-free!
