Do you have little dancers around your house? I have 3! We have many afternoons filled with dress up and shows. What better treat for your little ballerina than to throw her a party filled with music, dancing, crafts and fun.
Katrena Cohea founded The Birthday Ballerina which offers themed birthday parties that not only provide entertainment, but also give children a glimpse into the world of dance, music, and storytelling and instill in them an appreciation of art and its ability to transport us all to a new and magical world. Katrena’s love for dance and fine arts started at the age of 6 and has continued throughout her life. She is a member of the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance and of Brisas de Espana Flamenco and Spanish Dance Company and currently teaches ballet to students ages 4-6. Now Katrena brings her lifetime love of dance and shares it with your little girl to celebrate her special day along with 10 of her friends.
There are options for Ballerina, Fairy, or Princess parties to suite your daughter’s tastes perfectly. All parties include dance lessons, stories, crafts to take home, and performance. Choose whether you would like a 60 or 90 minute party and let the fun begin! Parties are conducted by a qualified and experienced leader, along with trained assistants. This party, in my opinion, is an incredible value! 10 children will enjoy 60 minutes for just $250 (additional children extra). Being a mama of 3 girls I know that these types of parties can cost much more for less children.
Not to leave the boys out The Birthday Ballerina welcomes them to participate as princes, dragon slayers, maybe even the dragons themselves…dress up, props, and crafts can all be adjusted to involve the boys in your party and get them participating. Bookings should be done at least 2 weeks in advance. If you are in the North Bay area The Birthday Ballerina would be a wonderful choice to make the birthday of your own ballerina memorable and fun!

what an adorable idea for a little girl’s bday! i wish i had something like this when my daughter was litle. $250 at first seems like a lot, but for so many girls and the activities it really is a pretty good value!
Initially that seems like an investment but when you add up all the prices for games and crafts you’d be surprised what you come up with. All you would need to go along with this party is a cake or cupcakes. I don’t even want to admit what I spent on my 3 year old’s Elmo party a few weeks back. Thanks for reading!
Thanks for the review Jessie! I hope your little ones get lots of hours of fun play with their tutu! Cheers, Katrena
My pleasure!
