I never knew how much I would come to rely on my Smart Phone, but I have to admit that I would be quite lost without it. It is hard to remember back to the days when I had a regular cell phone (and that seemed pretty amazing at the time!). What are the features I look for and love in a smart phone? The camera! This phone has a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash! For me, a phone camera is really important, as I want to be able to take GOOD pictures, even when I don’t have a regular camera with me. It also has a video camera! You can send photos and videos via messaging, or send them to your social networking sites with ease.
Texting features – not only can you text one person (Cloud text), but groups (Group Text)! the advantage of this is that texts can be sent from a PC or tablet…how cool is that? I probably send close to 400 texts per month, so this feature is very appealing to me.
Android – the LG DoublePlay features Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and you can use the Android Market for all of your shopping needs. There are seven home screens and up to nine touchscreen short-cuts. Talk about multi-tasking!
Speaking of multi-tasking, the LG DoublePlay™ sounds like the perfect phone for every social media need. If you’re like me, you are constantly checking different social sites. I have a feeling that this phone will let you do it quickly and seamlessly. If we’re being honest here, I’d have to say that I probably spend up to 20 hours per month doing social networking from my phone.
Keyboard – the LG DoublePlay has a split QWERTY keyboard and dual touch screens. Think how fast things will get done on this phone! I think I am pretty quick on my phone, but having a phone that will help me be even more productive would be fantastic. I love the option of checking email, surfing the web and texting all at the same time.
