It’s not easy choosing a pillow to suite your sleeping habits but I have a few tips to help you make the best pillow decision:

  • Choose a pillow, whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach that suites your needs. This will help to avoid massive headaches, neck pain and provide comfort throughout the night no matter how much you move or don’t move.

I like this pillow because it’s soft but holds it’s shape. My head and neck are fully supported.  Not only do I feel it the moment I lay my head down, but when I wake up in the morning.  I also like this pillow because it stays put and retains its shape.   1. Due to a few health issues I have been told to be a back sleeper but I usually end up on my side.

  2. I don’t know what I am really, I am bouncing in all different directions all night long. Think I call it a problem sleeper

  3. I am actually all in a way, i like to rotate, as i wake up a lot when i sleep to switch positions.

  4. I like to sleep on my side but I always end up uncomfortable and roll over onto my back

  5. Actually, I am all of the above. I spend most of my sleeping time on my side but sometimes I sleep on my stomach and rarely on my back when my arthritic hips start to bother me and I can’t find any other position that alleviates the pain

  6. I used to sleep on my stomach, since babies and, sadly, the boobs getting larger, I can’t anymore!! It’s maddening. So I have to lay on my side and my arms get so so stiff. Can’t lay on the back or it makes me wake up! LOL Oh well. I sure would love to try this pillow

  8. I think I’m a combination of all three, but probably a little more of a side sleeper. Although some nights I feel like I’m tossing and turning the whole night.

  9. I am a flipper, too. I mostly sleep on my sides, but every once in a while I’ll wake to find I’m on my back. If I’m on my back for any considerable length of time, a cat will end up on top of me.

  10. I’m a stomach and side sleeper. In the first half of the night, I sleep on my side. Then, the last half I’m sleeping on my stomach.

  11. i can only sleep on my side and lately only my left side, been having back pain on the right side.

  12. Do I have to pick just one!? I am a flipper. I start on my side, then move to my back, then I start to snore and my husband wakes me and I go back to my side.

  14. I’m a wild sleeper i don’t have just one position because i can never find the right amount of comfort so i toss and turn till i’m asleep i have bone density so it just hard too find some sort of comfort.

  17. I refer to my sleep position as “the kick-stand”, w/ one leg propping my hips. My chiropractor makes a pretty penny from it.

  18. I am a combination–I sleep on my stomach mainly but sometimes I will do the side.

  19. I am a combination. I start out on my stomach and work my way to my side and then my back. I am all over the place and I too am always flipping my pillow and looking for a cool spot. My mom used to put her pillow on the porch at night so it would get cold and bring it in just before she went to bed….even in the winter!
