Dine In Tonight with Three Bridges

Disclosure review
There are a few rules I follow when I am deciding what to make for dinner.  First, it must be something that my (picky) family will eat.  Second, it must be relatively healthy.  And finally, it must be convenient or easy to make because I do not want to spend hours in the kitchen.

Three Bridges makes a variety of chef-crafted meals, pastas, and sauces.  The meals include different kinds of mac & cheese, rice and paella meals, chicken enchilada casserole, and pasta meals.  Or you can make your own meal with the wide selection of pastas ranging from spaghetti and fettuccine to different kinds of ravioli and tortellini, and sauces like marinara, alfredo, pesto, and creamy red bell pepper.  Some of the food is even organic or gluten-free.

We tried two different kinds of ravioli – Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli and Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli – and Organic Fettuccine with Heirloom Marinara Sauce and Alfredo Sauce.  It took me no time at all to get dinner made.  Since all of the items are refrigerated instead of frozen, I merely had to boil the ravioli and fettuccine for a few minutes and heat up the sauces on the stove.  But even though it was really easy to make, that did not mean that we had to compromise on taste!

I was pleased to discover that the Three Bridges food meets all of my rules for a good dinner, and my family agreed.  Both varieties of ravioli and marinara sauce were delicious (I guess we really like spinach and cheese here!), and you can’t go wrong with a nice fettuccine alfredo.  There wasn’t anything left when we all got done eating, and that is a rare occurrence in my house!

We also tried the Chicken Enchilada Casserole, which is described as “layers of corn tortillas with a tomato-chile sauce, tender chicken, black beans, red bell peppers, and spinach topped with melted cheese.”  It was a bit spicy so my girls did not eat it at all, but my husband and I sure enjoyed it.  Again, it was really easy to make – it can be cooked in the microwave, but I decided to heat it up in the oven.  Even then, all I had to do was pop the tray in the oven and set the timer for 25 minutes.  I love being able to make a full meal that easily!
