I remember when I was little and my mom and her friends would get together in the mornings and have coffee, laughs, stories and just a good ol’ time. Although I don’t have the same tradition with my friends (we don’t live near each other like my mom and her friends did), I remember those days fondly, and how it brought them all together frequently.
I love sampling different K-Cup portion packs, so I was delighted to receive a wonderful assortment of Tully’s Coffee! Since we use our Keurig daily (several times daily!), we go through a lot of coffee. We tend to stick with the K-cup portion packs that we are familiar with, and our favorite brands, but we were happy to step out of our comfort zone to try Tully’s Coffee K-Cup portion packs. We made the right decision 🙂
Not only do I love that Tully’s has a huge assortment of tasty coffee blends, I also love that they give back to the community! Tully’s recently funded four grants to help create communities in the greater Seattle area. The nonprofit Pomegranate Center received these grants, and it’s all about building communities. I love that!
I received two Tully’s mugs and my husband and I decided to do a coffee tasting of our own. After all, we happen to love coffee (and each other!) so it seemed like a good fit.

Also included in my shipment were several blends of Tully’s Coffee K-cup portion packs. Although we do love coffee, we thought it best that we don’t try all of the flavors in one day (we don’t want to climb the walls, you know). The first day of our tasting, we decided to try Tully’s Kona blend. Even though it was a fairly light blend, it was definitely not lacking on flavor. Would we purchase it at the store next time we shop for coffee? Absolutely! The House Blend was equally as good – and perfect for those days when you do want to enjoy a cup of coffee, but don’t necessarily want a “heavier” blend (perfect for that afternoon cup!).
We were really anxious to try the darker blends, as that is what we typically purchase. We hadn’t tried Tully’s dark blends before, so this was really fun! Since my husband is a police officer, he is used to really strong coffee at the department ( you know, the guys who work the long shifts need to stay awake!). Tully’s French Roast and Italian Roast were just the way we like our coffee…dark, rich, full-bodied and with a deep flavor.

I am happy to announce that Tully’s has two new fans! The quality really shines through and the flavors are unique. Many other brands I have tried all kind of taste the same. I like something that really stands out. I will definitely share a cup or two of Tully’s with other friends as well, and I have a feeling that they will be just as smitten as my husband and I are.
Make sure you keep up with Tully’s on Facebook to hear about the latest discounts, contests and other info! And if you feel like tweeting about Tully’s, please use the hashtag #YourPerfectCup – to find others who have the same fondness for a heavenly cup of coffee.
Have you tried Tully’s K-cup portion packs before? Do you get together with friends for “coffee talk”? I would love to hear about it!
*As an ambassador, I received the above products free of charge to facilitate this post.

Oh I love Tully’s K-Cups! I’m partial to the Kona, but Mat likes the French roast. Funny how we each have our preferences…
