We Do Windows Visalia
Well I don’t do windows, but this company sure does!
As many of you know, our lake home is up for sale. It saddens us to have to sell it, but we have no choice.
If you have ever sold a house before, you know how much work it is to freshen up the indoors and outdoors, clean thoroughly, and make sure every little detail is perfect. I tend to walk around my house and pretend I am a buyer coming through for the first time. This is when I notice something else that needs to be done!
Our house is a two-story home, and there is no way I can clean the windows (and my husband doesn’t like heights). I searched online looking for a window washing service, and one company in particular really stood out – We Do Windows. Not only do they clean windows, but they do just about everything else!
The We Do Windows team showed up on our scheduled date (on time, I must add!), and Chris (the owner) walked me around the house and explained in detail everything they were going to do. They would be cleaning the windows inside and out (screens also), removing cobwebs inside and out, cleaning and flushing the gutters, removing dryer lint, dusting ceiling fans, power washing the pavement/walkways and replacing batteries in smoke alarms. In the garage, they were going to clean the windows, remove webs and also clean the light fixtures. Wow! So basically they would be doing everything needed to make my house “sparkle” in preparation of putting it on the market. I asked if they could clean our epoxy coated garage floor, as it had some spots of oil. He said they most certainly could. There was an additional, but very reasonable charge for this service. I was elated when I told him my concerns about the epoxy coming up during cleaning and he assured me they would be careful…which they were.
The crew worked their tails off for the better part of a day, with Chris following close behind to make sure nothing got missed. All of the guys removed their shoes before entering the house, and they were super nice and respectful of my home and also respectful of me. I was kind of sad when they left!
Since we live on the lake, there are cobwebs everywhere. Chris and his team basically went over every square inch of our house and removed them all. The stucco on my house has never looked so clean. The windows? Oh my gosh, these windows are so hard to clean myself, as the water spots are horrible here. It didn’t seem to be a problem for these guys – there was nary a spot on my windows. They even told me their secret formula when I asked 🙂
I cannot say enough good things about We Do Windows. Not only are they a company that will clean your house for selling, but they do monthly maintenance as well. As a matter-of-fact, I just had them back out today, since we are holding another open house in a couple of days. The webs had reappeared and we just can’t have that. I called Chris and told him about the open house and he said they could come out the next day. Now THAT is what I call service. I’ll tell ya, all companies should follow this business model, and strive to make their customers this happy.
