One of the happiest times in my day is when it’s finally time for bed and I can get in my “jammies”. After running around all day, and wearing clothes, there is just something comforting about slipping on PJ’s and snuggling in for the night. I have fun news! The Company Store, a home and lifestyle brand now celebrating their 100th anniversary, is kicking off National Family Pajama Night™!

What exactly is National Family Pajama Night? Well, lots of things! It was created to inspire parents to plan one night at home doing unique and fun activities…things out of the ordinary, to create memories for their children. Through November 19th, parents can get get help finding fun things to do when they follow The Company Store on Facebook and/or Twitter. There will be an “Idea of the Day”, which will provide parents with everything they need for their family to have a fabulous Family Pajama Night. For instance, today’s idea is all about making a picture frame…fun, right?

If a parent wishes to participate, they can take the “pledge” on The Company Store website, and when the number of pledges reaches 20,000, The Company Store will donate $20,000 worth of family pajamas through Pajama Program, a not-for-profit organization that supplies pajamas to children in need.

  1. I think a good idea would be for the parents and the kids should all participate in making a complete meal, including dessert, from scratch. A nice, family meal, made from scratch. That will be a wonderful activity that can help the family bond one night a week, for sure.

  2. My idea of a fun night is all be in the same pj’s, eat dinner together, follow it up with a nice homemade dessert and then a movie on the sofa!
