Sonic Boom Sweetheart Alarm Clock
If you are the mom of a tween or teen, then I am sure you are familiar {as am I} with how difficult it is to wake them up in the mornings. It’s like when they hit the tween years, their bodies require more sleep. Or they are just lazy. Who knows. But it is really aggravating when they need to be up and out the door so they are not late to school.
Traditional alarm clocks often fail to rouse them from their slumber, but thanks to the Sweetheart Alarm Clock, this shouldn’t be an issue anymore. Though it looks cute and innocent, it is anything but.

This is an alarm clock for the Girl Power Generation. This ultra-loud, bed-shaking clock features a 113dB audio alarm (that’s 3X times louder than a typical clock) with adjustable tone and volume control and a powerful 12V bed shaker. It is guaranteed to get even the deepest sleeper out of bed in the mornings, even after a late night pajama party.
They are not kidding!
I had my daughter {14 years old} test this out, and though she thought it was cute and colorful, she was slightly annoyed by the sound and said it would definitely wake her up! We attached the shaking box on her bed and she thought that was pretty entertaining. My daughter confirmed that the Sweetheart Alarm Clock will wake the dead pretty much. That is saying a lot coming from a teen 🙂
In addition to the Sonic Boom Sweetheart Alarm Clock, Sonic Alert has an alarm clock for teen boys too – the “Skull Alarm clock”. They also have a great selection of alarm clocks for adults too!
Priced at $42.95 (plus shipping and handling), the Sweetheart comes with a 110 volt power supply and will work with an optional 220 volt transformer. Battery backup maintains the time and alarm settings in the event of a power failure. You can purchase it on the Sonic Alert website, and you can also purchase Sonic Alert Products at Amazon.com!

I need to go directly to this site, do not pass go, and order one of these for my 15 year old daughter. Maybe she wouldn’t be so mean to me in the AM if something besides me woke her up and annoyed the fire out of her first thing. Teen girls are mean. Lol.

OMG – Taylor SO needs a loud alarm clock. I swear nothing can wake up a teenage boy!
