aromatherapy inhalers for relaxation

Are there days when you need some extra energy?  Or days when you need to relax but don’t know how?  Aromago (aromatherapy on-the-go) is what you need.    The Revive stick is a refreshing pick me up using peppermint and eucalyptus.  The Relax stick is a soothing lavender and vanilla for when you need time to kick back and unwind.

There are afternoons where a nap sounds so good but I just don’t have the time to do that.  This weekend I had one of those days, so I added a few drops of the Revive stick to my wrists and neck.  It had just the effect I needed.  Peppermint is a scent that always wakes me up so this was perfect!

Friday night I wanted to try out the relax stick.  This time I just held it under my nose and took a couple of deep breaths inhaling the aroma of lavender and vanilla.   The calming effect is pretty immediate.  I plan on using this on those days where I feel a little frazzled and need just a little “mom” time.

Aromago is two sided.  If you unscrew the rounded side, you’ll find a tube with a cotton wick inside.  That wick is soaked with the essential oil blend.  Hold it under your nose, and take a breath or two.

Now if you unscrew the flattened side, there is a small dabber with about 2 ml of the same essential oil blend.  You can put a dab on your finger or wrist and then apply it to your nose, temples, neck or wherever you please.

The best part is that Aromago can be used anywhere and for almost any ailment;  aromatherapy on the subway, in the office, for allergies & sinuses, migraines, dreaded hangovers, vertigo, stress & tension, yoga & exercise, and even for a natural burst of refreshing energy.  Each stick stays fresh for 3 months.

You can purchase Aromago online, and also at retailers such as natural grocers, spas, salons, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and yoga studios. –  ARV is $6.99.
