Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo Review

Calling all moms!  I love my kid’s but let’s face it, they are walking mess-making machines!  This is evident by the hour I spend each night picking up before I head to bed myself.  Anyway, moms you get, it and lucky for us so does Bissell! The Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo was made for us moms!  Really!  I have never owned a cordless sweeper before so reviewing it was a treat.  Bissell made this sweeper very lightweight.  So much so that I now have kiddos asking if they can help me sweep!  Um, let me think about this, heck yeah!!

I know, girl deserves an Oscar.  As you saw Piper has guinea pigs in her room.  Although super cute and lovable they are also messy little things.  Like my kids, only hairier.  Just kidding.  The hay and bedding that gets kicked up out of the low lying cage makes it so her room need to be vacuumed daily.  The Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo allows she and her sisters to easily do the job themselves.  I can also carry my sweeper up and down the stairs easily as it is only a few pounds.

The Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo is very versatile as well.  You can easily detach the handle and it converts to a handheld sweeper.  Let me also mention that the handle will lie flat to get underneath my sofa and chairs.  For some reason dog hair, dust bunnies and shoes love to live under there.

The Perfect Sweep Turbo can pick up a lot of things but unfortunately not shoes.  These girls of mine! With a 12 inch cleaning path the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo cleans my floor in a snap!  Typically I drag out my big vacuum but the Perfect Sweep Turbo allows me to clean up the day to day messes very quickly.  I love that it is cordless so I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging back in.  That is a feature I have never had before with a sweeper and I really like it!

Wasn’t that hilarious?  Legos, although fun, are my enemy.  It used to be Squinkies but I have donated those for some other family to *cough* enjoy.  From bare floors, to carpet, to area rugs the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo adjusts to your floor height automatically and does an excellent job of picking up!

When done sweeping for the day simply lift the dirt cup out and dump into your trash.  Easy peasy.  You will have up to 60 minutes of cleaning time with each charge! I find that I am done in a few minutes but when my girls are “helping” me I appreciate the long battery life. When we are done, the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo plugs into the wall with a DC adapter until we are ready to use it again. Overall, I am very happy that the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo came to live in our house.  I typically use it 5 times a week, with my regular vacuum the other days.  There is a looped handle that you could use for hanging to keep it out of the way but I find with ours living in the kitchen, I grab it more than if it was hidden (like my vacuum).

List price is $39.99 but I found it on Amazon for just $34.99.  Well worth the money!
