Comet sure has come a long way since I was little! I remember my mom grabbing the green Comet can whenever she needed to tackle an especially stubborn spot in the sink. It was one of her favorite products, and one that I also used throughout the years. I actually haven’t used it in a couple of years, so imagine my surprise when I received a Comet Spring Cleaning Kit and it contained not only blue containers, but there was more than just the powder!

I use it for toilets as we have hard water, making it hard to clean..let it soak for awhile..scrub, letting it do most of work..actually this is dh fun job, as fibro makes it hard for me to push, force anything anymore, getting progressively worse..

My mom used comet decades ago and taught us how to scour our kitchen sinks with it and to clean the toilet bowl with it. I also have used on our grill grates and for rust on bike wheels. It’s great for the bottom of the shower and to clean out our laundry sink. Black shoe marks on floors? It will take it right off! We always have two or three in the house in various locations to grab!
