I believe that it would be cooler on a post menopausal ole lady like me and that my face will keep cool, therefore, I should sleep longer and not be so restless, it looks great and I hope it works.

Well, I had trouble sleeping BEFORE I hit 50, and now…I would use this cooling pillow every night.
I am 30 years old, and 2 years into medically induced menopause. I am always hot now, but when I am sleeping it is about 100 times worse. I wake up soaked in sweat, even when sleeping right in front of a fan. I definitely need one of these, but they are so expensive. I never had trouble sleeping before, but now I realize how big of a toll it takes on my day.
