Playing and Learning with Disney Spot It Games

We’re obsessed with Disney, all of us. The songs have us singing all day long, they fill our mp3 players. We own dozens of the movies and we each have our own favorites.

I’m of the opinion that the best was to teach your child is to use something that catches your child’s interest! Disney Spot It is a great and FUN way for your kids to learn!

Disney Spot It features some of your favorite characters to teach your children the alphabet, numbers, shapes, words, and more! The object of the game is to match the letters, numbers, etc. from one card to another and the first one to spot the match wins. It’s for ages 3 and up and my girls are just loving it!

We received the Tell Tale Toy Story, Sofia the First Spot It! Alphabet, Jake and the Neverland Pirates Spot It! Numbers and Shapes, and Disney Pixar Spot It! Words. My youngest daughter is not yet 3 but it sparks her interest playing with her sisters. She’s beginning to get the hang of it herself, picking up on the shapes and even some of the alphabet. Sometimes I ask them to delay for a second so that she can have a chance to think about it. She won a few points!

My four year old is obsessed with learning and tossing in her favorites, like Sofia the First, really has her attention and excitement. She’s really grasping it so quickly and is asking frequently to play her Disney Spot It games. I’m thinking that we’ll bring them with us to some play dates, also!

I think that Disney Spot It games make the perfect gift too. Toys? My house is full of them. Clothes? The kids tend to find them boring. Educational games starring their favorite characters? Definitely a hit! I would recommend Disney Spot It for all kids!
