I have something to confess: Many days I don’t eat breakfast.

I know it is really bad for the body when you don’t eat breakfast.  I am guilty-as-charged.  Eating a healthy breakfast helps the brain work better and it also gets the metabolism going for the day. For me, the problem is that I either get busy, or just simply forget. Well, I do believe that my skipping breakfast problem has been solved, thanks to belVita biscuits from Kraft Foods!

What on earth is belVita? I wondered the same thing, but when I read more, I was intrigued. belVita are breakfast biscuits, that are full of goodness – both in flavor and for your body! I received three boxes and couldn’t wait to try them out. Could they solve my breakfast problems?  I sure hoped so, as previously I would wait until I was SO hungry, that I would just grab whatever was convenient (even if it was not healthy).

Each box of belVita contains 5 packs of biscuits – and each packet has four biscuits in it. They are currently available in Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon and Golden Oat.

I first tried the Blueberry and oh boy, are they tasty! In fact, I like them so much that I actually look forward to eating breakfast now, and I definitely remember to eat. They are kind of like a little treat!

Why are Kraft Foods belVita biscuits so good for you?

I have been enjoying the belVita biscuits each morning with low-fat yogurt and/or fruit, and this is just enough to fill me up without being too “stuffed”.  I can start my day knowing that my body has all of the good stuff it needs to function properly, and I don’t notice the hunger pangs that used to arrive like clockwork around 11:00 each morning.

belVita biscuits are delicious!  They are crisp and full of flavor. I like all of the varieties, but Blueberry continues to be my favorite. I am hoping they will come out with Strawberry flavor soon – yum!

Have you tried belVita biscuits yet?  If not, you can find them in the cookie/cracker aisle at retailers nationwide.  I highly suggest giving them a try – especially if you are bad (like me!) about eating breakfast.  Of course, if you are tired of the same old breakfast routine, you could also mix it up a bit with belVita!

Last but not least – belVita breakfast biscuits are PERFECT for on-the-go!  If you are a working person, or  are constantly busy, just grab a pack of biscuits and a piece of fruit, and you are all set!
