Hellman's

I am so happy to announce that I am part of the Hellmann’s Chicken Change-Up!  I cannot wait to offer you time-saving ideas, money saving tips and more during this program. Hellman’s has some wonderful chicken recipes (that don’t require frying!), and I couldn’t be happier. I plan on trying just about all of them, as they are not only quick, easy, and healthy, but they look amazing.

Asian Panko chicken

My family loves chicken, so I tend to make chicken recipes for dinner quite often. There are a plethora of recipes available online, but I like quick and easy whenever possible (I’m a busy person, ya know?). I like breaded chicken but don’t like to fry things any more than I have to.

For my first Hellmann’s Mayonnaise recipe, I made the SUPER-MOIST ASIAN CRUSTED CHICKEN. The flavors sounded amazing, and I thought my family would really enjoy this.

Asian Panko Chicken

SUPER-MOIST ASIAN CRUSTED CHICKEN
4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, green onion, soy
sauce and ginger in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with
mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs and sesame seeds.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Also terrific with Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light or Canola Cholesterol Free
Mayonnaise.

Tip: For an extra layer of flavor, combine breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of sesame
seeds before sprinkling over chicken.

I created a video to show you how simple this recipe is:

The chicken turned out SO good! It really was moist and the flavors were perfect. I will definitely be cooking with Hellmann’s again, if all recipes are this quick and simple.
